We are looking for a passionate and motivated Audio Programmer to join our growing team. As an Audio Programmer, you will work closely with sound designers, game developers, and technical artists to ensure high-quality audio integration across games and multimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audio Integration: Collaborate with game developers, sound designers, and technical artists to integrate audio into game engines (such as Unity or Unreal) using tools like Wwise or FMOD.

• Audio System Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain audio systems and tools for interactive and immersive audio experiences in video games.

• Scripting & Programming: Write and debug code to ensure audio systems run efficiently, including audio effects, real-time mixing, spatialization, and occlusion systems.

• Collaboration: Work closely with game designers and developers to ensure that audio systems meet gameplay requirements and enhance the player's experience.

• Performance Optimization: Profile and optimize audio-related code and resources to ensure low latency and high performance on different platforms.

• Problem Solving: Identify and solve technical audio challenges within the game engine, ensuring that audio is consistent and high-quality across all platforms.

• Compliance: Ensure all audio systems and implementations meet technical requirements and performance guidelines.

• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest in audio programming techniques and technologies, actively contributing to innovation in sound design and development processes.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in C++ or C# programming languages, with a strong understanding of audio programming fundamentals.

• Experience with game audio middleware such as Wwise, FMOD, or proprietary game audio engines.

• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine.

• Understanding of digital audio, real-time processing, and audio effects.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to project needs.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Bonus:

• Experience with multi-platform game development (PC, console, mobile).

• Knowledge of 3D audio technologies (spatial audio, binaural audio, etc.).

• Interest in games and a passion for audio in interactive environments.

• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams on game projects.
